10 Oct Sigrid PREISSL at the press conference of PIPA

On October 10th 2018, Sigrid PREISSL, member of a group of lawyers of PIPA (« PIP Implant World Victims Association »), participated to the press conference organized following several decisions of the Cour de Cassation of that same day.

By several decisions, the French Supreme court (“Cour de cassation”) overturned the decisions of the Court of Appeal of Aix en Provence which had cleared the German certifier TÜV Rheinland in 2015.

Member of a group of lawyers, Sigrid PREISSL represents the interests of Austrian and German victims of the PIP scandal with the objective to obtain a final indemnification of her clients against the TÜV Group.
