At mid-term on June 30th 2016, Cyril Bourayne transmitted his mandate as elected member of the Conseil National des Barreaux to his co-candidate, Caline Kamya who will continue to represent the “Cercle des Avocats Indépendants” (“Cercle of Independent Lawyers”) until the end of 2017.
